About Me:: I am an average guy, exept that I am seeking enlightenment from the Lord. I am overcoming an addiction to pornography through His strength, and God willing, my faith will grow stronger each day!

Who Would You Like To Meet?: I like to met everyone. Friends are the world to me right now, both close and not so close ones. I just don't care for the "Holy Roller" types, that preach 24-7 and pass judgment on people for thier past, or thier lifestyles. Only He may judge, we are here to guide and provide support in times of need.

What are your interest?: I love the water. SCUBA diving, boating, fishing, skiing, swimming, I love it all! Camping, walking the beaches (Well I AM in Florida afterall) =)

What is your favorite verse?: Isaiah 40: For those that wait upon the Lord, shall mount up on wings like Eagles

Favorite Music?: I like almost all music. I REALLY dig Christian Rock, Skillet, Big Daddy Weave, Thousand Foot Crutch ect. Love the messages in Country music, and even some rap (dance/party rap)

Favorite TV Shows?: House M.D., Crossing Jordan

Favorite Books?: Anything by Iris Johanson. I read almost all of her work while incarcerated

Favorite Movies: Forrest Gump, Field of Dreams, E.T., Castaway, Dances With Wolves

Your Heroes?: God, My Father

High School?: Manatee High, Go Hurricanes!

When/Why did you start seeking the Lord?

I personally found the Lords' strength September 17th, 2007 while in Charlotte Co. Jail. I know, many find religion in jail/prison, but all to often people walk out the door and forget what he has done for them. I came to realize that Jesus put me there for a reason, as if to say "Now you will see that I have been trying to talk to you". I too, lost my father in 1994, got a divorce from my husband in 1996 leaving me with a 3 year old girl, thankfully met a wonderful Godly man in 1998, married in 1999 and now we have two other beautiful children together.
My true seeking of the Lord began when i found myself in a dead end relationship in between my divorce and my meeting my current and forever husband. I knew it was wrong and began to ask the Lord to give me strength to be alone(I already was, providing all the money as a teacher and supporting him) emoitonally. the day he said something mean to my child was the day i snapped and made a final break from him. It was powerful and permanent. God used my sweet daughter to force my hand and i'm so grateful He did. From that point on, i commited to tithing regularly , even tho i was barely making it, being the best music teacher I could be, and raising my daughter with integrity. I stopped going to bars to "meet someone", stopped drinking, just began living for him.
that is when He gave me my husband. God is so good. and a year later, he called my mom home and it was devastating for me. God knew my mom's time line and He knew that I was going to need a support like i got from my current husband. It was the hardest time but thru it i got so strong spiritually and truly learned the weopons we, as beleivers, have, and that we have the same authority over the enemy as Jesus does, becasue we have him!!
don't give up about your health. i ask the Lord to cancel that assignment from the enemy on you in Jesus name!
